Guest will receive a 100% refund if the reservation is canceled fifteen (15) or more days prior to the scheduled check-in date as shown in the confirmation email.
If the reservation is canceled between eight (8) and fourteen (14) days prior to check-in, Guest shall receive a fifty percent (50%) refund of all amounts paid, including applicable taxes and fees, except for any nonrefundable processing or booking fees.
No refund will be issued for cancellations made within seven (7) days prior to the scheduled check-in date.This cancellation policy applies to direct bookings only. If you booked through Airbnb, VRBO, or another third-party platform, that platform's cancellation policy applies.

Reservations made more than fourteen (14) days before arrival require a fifty percent (50%) deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance automatically charged fourteen (14) days prior to check-in. Reservations made within fourteen (14) days of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Yes! All dogs are welcome—no size limits, no breed restrictions. The pet fee is $40/night per dog, with a max of $250 per stay. Dogs must be crated if left alone, and we ask that humans clean up outside. Cats and other pets require pre-approval.

Yes! Each casita includes free on-site parking—so you’ll always have a convenient spot waiting for you, just steps from the door. No street parking hassles here!

No smoking or vaping indoors. Outdoor smoking only, away from doors/windows. Use a designated container. $500 fine for violations.

No marijuana or illegal drugs on the property by any guest. Violations = $500 fine & removal without refund.
